About the Leadership Opportunity

  • Lead a high-functioning team to deliver effective client-centred services.
  • Evaluate and ensure service delivery targets are achieved and organisational standards are met.
  • Provide guidance and support for case management staff, which includes community and outreach services, assessment and referral, withdrawal management unit, to deliver a comprehensive client-focused service.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of service delivery including:
    • Implement processes and tools for effective service delivery.
    • Ensure quality service delivery meets clients' needs, including participant access, intake & assessment, admissions management/service delivery planning, and progress and outcomes for clients.
    • Manage and supervise case/support workers.
    • Build productive relationships within the team.
    • Establish systems for clear communication and handover between staff.
  • You will have:
    • Tertiary qualifications within Community Services, Social Work or similar discipline.
    • Experience in implementing case management, groups, and systems for AOD/or complex needs clients.
    • Collaboration experience working with other organisations to develop and tailor programs to meet clients' needs.
    • Supervisory experience.
    • A valid driver's licence.

Key Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications within Community Services, Social Work or similar discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in AOD/or complex needs clients.
  • Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience.
  • Valid driver's licence.
