We are seeking an experienced Administrator to provide support to our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our village.

- Provide administrative support to our General Manager and other employees">
- Prepare payroll and manage invoices, petty cash and banking">
- Respond to incoming queries and assist with resident admissions">
- Develop and maintain efficient administrative systems and processes">
- Collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives">
- Analyze data and develop reports to inform business decisions">
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- ">
- A Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience">
- Experience working in administration and/or payroll">
- Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills">
- Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office knowledge and experience">
- Cert IV in Frontline Management or equivalent experience in Payroll management (desirable)">
