
Key Player Support Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual to fill the role of Office Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- The successful candidate will have strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills.
- They will also possess the ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, as well as demonstrate professionalism and objectivity in all work matters.
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, a passion for delivering exceptional results and a commitment to excellence in everything they do.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our team, including reception duties, call handling, email management and client visits.
- Coordinate meetings, catering and travel arrangements, as well as maintain accurate records and files.
- Assist with proposal development, tender preparation and project record-keeping.
- Liaise with our central accounts team to ensure seamless invoicing, receipting and client billing processes.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, as well as assist with internal initiatives and events.
Requirements:
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent Excel and Word experience.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Professional personal presentation and communication skills.
