Cocoon SDA Care is a dynamic and innovative organisation seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting participants with complex care, personal care, and high physical needs. Our team is committed to providing exceptional care and support, and we are seeking individuals who share our passion for delivering high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to participants with complex care, personal care, and high physical needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and hygiene
  • Support participants to achieve their goals and live independently
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide a high-quality service

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years industry experience
  • Experience working with disability, mental health, or high medical needs
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Flexibility to work over a 7-day roster, including overnight shifts
  • Current First Aid, CPR, and NDIS Orientation certifications
