Catholic Healthcare is seeking a highly organised and experienced After Hours Rostering Coordinator to join their Residential Aged Care team.
- Coordinate after hours rostering, ensuring workforce management principles are followed.
- Communicate effectively with employees, stakeholders, and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage absenteeism, assess urgent situations, and provide guidance and training to employees.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in an administrative role.
- A strong understanding of Enterprise Agreements and Modern Awards.
- Proficiency in using rostering time and attendance systems, preferably Humanforce.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to rostering principles.
- Develop and implement effective rostering strategies.
- Monitor and manage absenteeism.
- Provide training and guidance to employees.
Required Skills:
- Administrative experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of rostering principles and time management systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
