Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to join our team in an After-Hours Allocations Coordinator position.
This role involves providing support and assistance to staff and customers outside of business hours, working within a multi-disciplinary team, and managing roster changes, leave, and absences.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective support to staff and customers during out-of-hours periods
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, managers, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
- Manage and coordinate roster changes, leave, and absences to maintain effective coverage
In this virtual role, you will work from home and require a private room/space for your home office setup. You will also need reliable internet connectivity and demonstrated IT skills.
About YouWe are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is comfortable working in fast-paced environments and has experience with multiple stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Suite and online rostering technology/systems are essential for this role.
