About the Role:

L.E.K. Consulting is a global strategy consulting firm that provides expert advice to clients across various industries. We are seeking an experienced Energy Consultant Manager to join our team in Sydney or Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple case teams and maintain deep, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Develop expertise in particular industries or sectors and provide intellectual leadership to generate insightful hypotheses.
  • Work hand-in-hand with clients to convert case findings and recommendations into implementable solutions.
  • Manage client relationships, identify opportunities for conversion, and build lasting relationships.
  • As a team manager, coach, and role model, achieve great results via others and contribute to the wellbeing and morale of the local office.
  • Align with and contribute to firm, practice, and office ambitions, plans, and health.

Requirements:

  • Experience in strategy consulting within the energy sector or in internal strategy roles within the energy industry.
  • Highly motivated, creative, and entrepreneurial individuals with strong commercial acumen.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated experience managing teams or end-to-end project management.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and change.
  • Strong written and verbal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing, and dynamic environment with integrity, patience, and a sense of humor.
  • Willingness to travel.
