
Clinical Services Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and organised individual to join our Medical and Surgical Outpatient Departments as an Administration Officer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high quality frontline customer service to patients and clients, supporting clinical teams by ensuring the smooth daily operation of clinics, managing waitlists and appointments, and maintaining strict confidentiality.
The role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team. Strong time management and prioritisation skills are also essential in this fast-paced environment.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care and is looking to develop their skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive healthcare environment.

Requirements- Demonstrated experience in a clinic setting including reception duties, phone enquiries, appointment scheduling and data entry.
- Demonstrated effective customer service skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Medicare eligibility and billing practices.
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
