Director of Financial Operations

We are seeking an experienced financial professional to join our team as a Director of Finance. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our financial statements and reports.

About the Role:
- Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the preparation and presentation of accurate financial statements and reports.
- Maintain compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.
- Work closely with the CEO to educate the board on fiduciary responsibilities.
- Draft an annual budget in collaboration with the CEO.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance or accounting.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Leadership, team management, and remote work experience.
- Prior experience in community-building or non-profit organizations.
