Customer Service Representative Job Overview
We are seeking a professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the face of our brand, you will interact with customers at the rental counter, complete rental bookings and respond to general customer inquiries.
Main Responsibilities:
- Evaluate customer car rental needs by actively listening and asking questions.
- Review various add-ons and services to determine what best suits the customer's requirements.
- Effectively communicate rental procedures and guidelines.
- Complete rental bookings in a timely, efficient and accurate manner.
- Answer customer questions and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
Requirements:
- A valid Australian driver's license is essential for this role.
- You must be available to work a rotating roster including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or sales is highly desirable.
- You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service.
- You will need to be comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures is required.
