You'll interact with our customers at the rental counter, complete rental bookings and respond to general customer inquiries.
What you'll do Establishing customer car rental needs by actively listeningReview in detail ABG's various add on's and services to determine what may best suit the customerCommunicate rental procedures and guidelines effectivelyComplete rental bookings in a timely, efficient and accurate mannerAnswering customer questions and inquiriesWant to see what the role looks like in action?

What We're Looking For: A full and valid Australian driver's licenceAvailability to work a rotating roster (including weekends, evenings, and public holidays)Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plusAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional serviceComfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental informationStrong attention to detail and ability to follow proceduresPlease note: This full-time role is not open to Working Holiday Visa or student visa holders.
