Customer Service Role

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a customer service representative. In this role, you will be the face of our brand and interact with customers at the rental counter.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish customer car rental needs by actively listening and reviewing ABG's various add-ons and services to determine what may best suit the customer.

  • Communicate rental procedures and guidelines effectively and complete rental bookings in a timely, efficient and accurate manner.

  • Answer customer questions and inquiries, providing excellent customer service at all times.

Requirements:

  • A full and valid Australian driver's licence is required for this role.

  • Availability to work a rotating roster (including weekends, evenings and public holidays) is also essential.

  • Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or sales is a plus, but not necessary.

  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service is crucial.

  • Comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information is also required.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures are essential skills for this role.
