- Delivering timely and professional responses to customer queries and concerns
- Accurately processing invoices and providing comprehensive summaries and reports using industry-standard software and Excel
- Cultivating strong relationships with contractors and third parties to drive customer-centric outcomes
- Maintaining precise business records and performing account reconciliations
In addition to maintaining strong customer relationships, this position also involves:
- Ensuring compliance with established policies, procedures, and standards
- Coordinating personnel activities, including training, supervision, and safety initiatives
- Providing insightful reports and collaborating with senior management to foster growth with customers and suppliers
