Roster Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Roster Coordinator to join our friendly team in Melbourne on a Full-Time basis.

  • Manage the roster of permanent and casual care professionals, ensuring efficient scheduling and effective utilization of resources.
  • Maintain accurate employee files and provide administrative support as required.
  • Schedule meetings/inductions, documentations and respond to general payroll/workplace queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Procure necessary supplies such as staff uniform and stationery.
  • Analyse roster requirements, leave planning and coverage to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide exceptional, friendly and professional service to all internal/external customers, delivering a positive experience.
