Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide effective communication to clients and caregivers through timely and supportive interactions
  • Monitor communication channels for care teams and respond promptly to daily feedback, questions, and comments
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to efficiently fill client schedules, both short-term and long-term

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, proficient in G-Suite: Gmail, Drive, Docs, Calendar
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a high-volume environment
  • Interpersonal skills through active listening and empathy

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience in health, hospitality, and retail industries
  • Proficiency in G Suite
  • Experience with rostering systems
