The role of Conflict Resolution Specialist involves practising in a strategic, commercial setting to provide unique insights into global clients and sectors.
This varied and challenging position requires utilising legal skills to resolve complex conflicts problems and liaising with Partners and staff on conflicts issues and queries.
Key Responsibilities- Advising on conflict resolution and compliance with global sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering obligations.
- Reviewing, drafting, and advising on conflict provisions in engagement letters and client agreements.
- Admitted to practice as a Solicitor in Australia or another jurisdiction where HSF operates.
- Minimum 2 years' post-admission experience with excellent research, technical, and analytical skills.
- Proactive approach with ability to adapt to competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Desire to work outside traditional private practice in an alternative legal career.
