Conflict Resolution Expert Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Conflict Resolution Expert to join our team. As a Conflict Solicitor / Senior Conflict Solicitor, you will play a critical role in advising on complex conflicts problems and liaising with partners and staff on conflicts issues.

This varied and challenging position involves using your expertise to resolve complex legal and commercial conflicts problems. You will ensure compliance with global sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering obligations, review, draft, and advise on conflict provisions in firm engagement letters and client agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advising on the resolution of complex legal and commercial conflicts problems
  • Liaising with partners and staff on conflicts issues and queries
  • Ensuring compliance with global sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering regulations
  • Reviewing, drafting, and advising on conflict provisions in agreements
Requirements
  • Admitted to practice as a Solicitor in Australia or another jurisdiction in which we operate
  • 2+ years' post-admission experience with excellent research, technical, and analytical skills
  • Proactive approach with ability to adapt to competing demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Desire to work outside of traditional private practice in an alternative legal career
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to demonstrate collegiality within a team
