Job Title: Senior Legal Counsel for Conflict and Compliance

The role of Senior Legal Counsel for Conflict and Compliance is a key position within our organization, responsible for providing expert advice on conflicts of interest and compliance-related matters.

  • Performing and analysing conflicts of interest searches to ensure the integrity of our business operations;
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to manage potential conflicts and information barriers, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication;
  • Reviewing prospective clients to identify reputational and financial risks, and advising on strategies to mitigate these risks;
  • Assisting in the review of contractual arrangements to ensure legal and commercial risks are adequately addressed;
  • Providing education and training to staff on conflicts matters, promoting a culture of compliance and best practice across our organization;

This senior counsel will play a critical role in supporting the growth and success of our organization, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives while maintaining the highest standards of ethics and governance.
