The Role
This role involves providing valued input and expert advice to internal stakeholders on conflicts of interest and compliance-related matters.
- Performing and analysing conflicts of interest searches;
- Liaising with local and global partners to manage potential conflicts and information barriers;
- Reviewing prospective clients for reputational and financial risks;
- Assisting in the review of contractual arrangements and advising on legal and commercial risks;
- Assisting with educating and training staff on conflicts matters across our offices; and
- Providing general legal support and assistance to the General Counsel and Risk team.
You will work with highly experienced senior practitioners who will guide and encourage your further learning and development.
You
This role would suit a Conflicts or Risk Lawyer or Analyst with 1-3 years of PQE and relevant corporate, commercial and/or compliance experience who has worked in a law firm environment.
We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, is a good team player and wants to be part of a close, collaborative and high-performing team.
