Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Events Supervisor to support our team with the daily running of functions and events at various venues.

The role involves delivering exceptional client experiences, overseeing service aspects of an event from setup through to service and pack down, and leading a team of experienced waiters and bartenders.

About You:

- A minimum of 1-year experience in hospitality in a leadership capacity
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Valid RSA certification
- Valid working rights in Australia
- Passion for executing successful events

Responsibilities:

  • Receive briefings from Venue and Event Managers prior to events
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences across functions and events
  • Oversight of service aspects of an event from set up through to service and pack down
  • Leading a team of experienced waiters and bartenders
  • Support and collaboration with the Events Operations Manager

Requirements:
