Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Chief Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws.

Your main functions will include:

  • Compliance Monitoring: Conduct regular reviews to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, identify potential risks, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed reports on compliance reviews, maintain accurate records, and support the Head of Compliance in preparing reports for senior management and regulators.
  • Incident Management: Investigate and manage incidents, assist in reporting to regulatory bodies, monitor corrective actions, and maintain breach registers.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: Proven experience in compliance management, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and laws, including financial services industry standards.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Education: Relevant degree or certification in a field such as law, finance, or business.
