Support Coordinator for Early Childhood Services

We are seeking a highly skilled Support Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in the delivery of our Early Childhood Approach Program.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of our program by responding to enquiries from clients and families, managing calendars, liaising with families, and completing administrative duties.
This is a dynamic role that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will have experience working in similar roles and possess excellent time management and planning skills.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and their families.
- Respond quickly and effectively to client enquiries using a human-centred and strengths-based approach.
- Plan, develop, and implement administrative processes in liaison with the Team Leader and Senior Staff.
- Coordinate calendars and correspondence with families and other agencies.
- Manage confidential documents and work in a fast-paced environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Certificate IV or Diploma qualification in Community Services, Business Administration, or a related field.
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Experience working in similar roles, such as service coordination or senior administration.

Estimated Salary$66,000 - $79,000 per annum + superannuation.
