About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at St Ann's Kindergarten and OSHC in Redbank Plains. As a casual educator, you will have the opportunity to work with children aged 6-12 years, providing a safe and nurturing environment that promotes their social, emotional, and educational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging educational programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of children.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of children.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education.

Requirements:

  • Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
  • A passion for working with school-aged children in a play-based environment
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
