Our Legal Team is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of a Paralegal Assistant.

This position involves working closely with senior and junior solicitors on various matters related to Personal Injury, Family Law, and Civil Litigation. The ideal candidate will have strong drafting skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of legal documents such as Claim forms, Statements of Claim, and Binding Financial Agreements.
  • Drafting and editing legal correspondence.
  • Compiling document briefs and assisting in briefing Barristers.
  • Attending conferences and mediations.
  • Management of case file loads.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a law firm or similar setting is highly valued.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Excellent client liaison and communication skills.
  • A positive and enthusiastic approach to work.
