Program Delivery Specialist

The role of Program Governance Lead requires coordinating and supporting the MCS Reporting Team in delivering successful programs.
This position involves close collaboration across all areas of the MCS business unit, with a focus on designing and embedding governance frameworks that promote consistent and efficient program delivery, informed decision-making, and transparent performance reporting.
About You- You have proven leadership and governance experience, with a strong understanding of program delivery methodologies.
- You possess excellent administrative and reporting skills, as well as the ability to lead without micromanaging and act autonomously.
- You have experience managing teams and acting in higher duties, with strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Lead and embed governance frameworks across MCS programs.
- Deliver accurate and timely performance reporting and dashboards.
- Drive process standardisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate governance committees and manage decision/action registers.
- Engage stakeholders through targeted communication and collaboration.
- Maintain governance calendars and documentation.
- Support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.
