Job Title

The Delivery Operations Specialist role involves driving delivery vehicles and operating truck-trailer combinations to transport and deliver materials to customer sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and secure product, materials, or supplies inside delivery vehicle
  • Deliver customer orders to specified delivery site and assist with unloading materials safely and accurately
  • Verify order details and maintain logs of delivery duties including amounts and/or weights of items, mileage, and locations of deliveries
  • Act as a customer service liaison between the company and the site customer, handling customer concerns and helping resolve issues as they arise
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of delivery vehicles and perform routine safety checks to ensure vehicles comply with guidelines
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 21+ years old
  • Valid driver's license and Class A CDL license
  • Minimum 1 year of delivery driving experience
  • Basic math & measurement skills
  • Ability to read and speak English language
