We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Technology team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
The DeskYou will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients across the Technology and Finance sectors, including software development and MS Stack. Our clients are looking for a recruitment consultant who can provide expert advice and guidance on their recruitment needs, and who can deliver high-quality candidates to meet their requirements.
The TeamYou will be part of a thriving office of over 25 consultants, working across an enviable client portfolio. Our team is known for its friendly and supportive culture, and we offer a unique approach to recruitment that sets us apart from our competitors.
The IndividualWe are looking for an individual who is up for a challenge, is ambitious, and who truly wants to grow in an organisation where the opportunities can happen quicker than expected. You will be a self-motivated and driven individual who is able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
Requirements- 3 years+ agency recruitment experience
- Strong Technology sector experience
- Experience recruiting across Software development and ideally MS Stack
- 360° agency recruitment experience is essential
- A proven track record of strong billings (A$400k+ pa)
- A vibrant, ambitious and positive personality
- The ability to build professional relationships and a keen interest in business
- Confidence in yourself and upbeat communication skills
- The motivation to have a career and not just a job
