Our clients are major banks, wealth management companies, utilities, digital, telco, construction, and many more. You will have the chance to work with existing clients and a ready-made client base, as well as build new relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and attract top talent in the software development space
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and new ones
- Work closely with our Technology team to understand client needs and deliver results
- Manage your own desk and work independently with guidance from management
- 3+ years of agency recruitment experience
- Strong Technology sector experience
- Experience recruiting across Software development and ideally MS Stack
- 360 agency recruitment experience is essential
- A proven track record of strong billings (A$400k+ pa)
- A vibrant, ambitious, and positive personality
- The ability to build professional relationships and a keen interest in business
- Confidence in yourself and upbeat communication skills
