We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Grower Liaison Coordinator.
Job Description:In this key role, you will be part of the vital link between our network of herb and spice growers and our manufacturing operations, ensuring a reliable supply of high-quality, traceable, and sustainably sourced raw materials. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with horticultural growers across Australia to plan crops, manage relationships, oversee compliance, and support innovation projects that drive business growth and agricultural sustainability.
You will collaborate with growers locally and interstate to build trusted partnerships and onboard new growers to assist in managing supplier agreements, including pricing, volumes, and specifications. Additionally, you will monitor crop progress and coordinate timely delivery of raw materials, ensuring compliance with food safety and ethical sourcing programs.

To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of 3 years' experience in agriculture, agribusiness, or supply chain (preferably herbs, spices, or horticulture). You must have a strong knowledge of crop production, post-harvest handling, and food safety systems, as well as excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills. A willingness to travel regularly to grower sites is essential.
Desirable Qualifications:Experience with smallholder farms or contract farming models, familiarity with sustainability and ethical sourcing frameworks, and experience with herb and spice production would be highly desirable.
