About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Site Supervisor in Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand subcontractor's scope of work, including contract specifications, drawings, and schedules.
  • Act as primary point of contact and work with subcontractors to resolve problems.
  • Identify risks and opportunities, develop mitigation plans, and escalate critical issues.
  • Supervise subcontractors' daily activities and ensure work is executed according to business priorities (HSE, quality, schedule) and contractual requirements.
  • Coordinate work planning with all subcontractors and participate in daily meetings.
  • Issue non-compliance reports (NCRs) to subcontractors.
  • Monitor activities and provide progress reports (HSE, quality, schedule).
  • Coordinate change management processes and manage claims with subcontractors.
  • Approve timesheets, progress, and invoicing.
  • Manage weekly meetings with subcontractors (progress, performance, risks, opportunities, contractual issues review, invoicing, etc.) and issue minutes of meeting.
Requirements
  • Diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering or related field.
  • Ability to drive project success with a focus on HSE, quality, and schedule.
  • Previous experience in construction management.
  • Collaborative team player with customer- and people-oriented approach, accountable, and solution-driven.
  • Fully computer literate with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in English in an international team environment.
