Job Opportunity:

Site Quality Supervisor Role

As a Site Quality Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing site quality processes, implementing quality control measures, and identifying areas for improvement.

This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your skills and experience in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the implementation of a robust quality system that aligns with industry standards and contractual requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a continuous improvement system to ensure root cause analysis and lessons learned are properly documented.
  • Closely cooperate and coordinate all quality activities with site supervisors and contractors.
  • Collaborate with the site installation team to ensure work is completed safely, in accordance with quality standards, customer requirements, and project timelines.
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree in QA/QC or equivalent industry experience.
  • Proven ability to drive project success with a focus on health, safety, environment, quality, schedule, and efficiency.
  • Demonstrated experience in quality management for large hydro power projects or similar industries. Construction and/or engineering experience is highly desirable.
