About Our Project

Our team is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee the erection of the Balance of Plant Mechanical (BoPm) scope of the Snowy project. The successful candidate will ensure work is conducted safely, meeting quality standards, schedule, and project specifications.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and Optimize Work Scope: Develop installation work packages, participate in optimization methods for assembly, request material and tooling, and ensure availability at the work front.
  • Ensure Safety and Quality: Analyze and identify potential safety and quality risks, mitigate them in planning and execution, effectively communicate work plans with subcontractors, monitor and report progress, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Support the Site Team: Establish a safe working environment, support the site team with the quality management system, resolve non-conformities, plan inspections, and participate in lessons learned.

Requirements:

  • Able to pass pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol test, and police check.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and climb as necessary.
  • Ability to work in an underground environment for an extended period and comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights.

Working Conditions:

  • A typical roster of 14 days in, 7 days out, with camp accommodation provided.
  • The offer is subject to satisfactory medical and police clearance.
