Customer Insights Analyst OpportunityWe are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Insights Analyst to leverage data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 and QlikView to deliver actionable insights about our key strategic customers.Key Responsibilities:
  • Extract, merge, and analyze data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 and QlikView to generate insights focused on our key strategic customers.
  • Design and maintain intuitive dashboards to present customer data and commercial trends in a clear and actionable format.
  • Develop reports that highlight customer behavior, purchasing patterns, and opportunities for growth or improvement.
  • Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a data analytics role, preferably with a focus on customer analytics or business intelligence.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and QlikView for data extraction, integration, and visualization.
  • Expertise in creating user-friendly dashboards and reports using data visualization tools.

A proactive individual with a passion for leadership and building strong business relationships is ideal for this role.
