Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Retail Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of the store leadership, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, ensuring efficient store operations, and developing high-performing teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sales assistants to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPIs, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage.
  • Motivate the team to reach their full potential and drive sales growth through effective coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Closely monitor store sales to meet daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets, and develop strategies to improve underperforming areas.
  • Effectively manage wage costs, adhering to company rostering standards and optimizing labor schedules for maximum efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to maintain high team morale, encourage individual development, and foster a positive work environment.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Previous experience as a sales assistant, key holder, supervisor, or 3IC, with a proven track record of success in retail operations.
  • A strong 'Make it Happen' attitude, with a passion for leading and inspiring teams to achieve excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
