Talent Acquisition Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our recruitment efforts and drive growth in our Sydney office.

About the Position
  • Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Foster a high-performing culture that balances ambition, competitiveness, and support.

Innovative digital media solutions coupled with talented in-house creative teams focused on delivering success for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Report to the COO and senior management to achieve growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Global Sales Director on selections, onboarding, and development.
  • Liaise with the Recruitment Manager in the UK to ensure aligned recruitment strategies.
  • Provide sustained support to our Kuala Lumpur operation.
  • Proactively manage social media outreach to support talent acquisition.
  • Analyse and report on recruitment data to inform overall strategy.
  • Consult with internal teams to drive employer branding across website and social media channels.
  • Help manage social events as part of our office culture.
  • Evaluate and maintain accurate HR administration.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in recruitment (agency or internal).
  • Degree qualification preferred.
  • Exceptional ability to assess character and skill sets.
  • Experience in sales recruitment.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Oustanding communication skills to articulate value proposition.
  • Able to engage with internal stakeholders at various levels.
