As a sales professional in the hospitality industry, you will drive growth across key accounts by retaining and expanding existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

  • Convert sales leads into new business opportunities
  • Maintain and grow existing business through strong relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within assigned market segments to contribute to revenue and market share growth
  • Host familiarisations and site inspections
  • Serve as primary contact for clients, ensuring service excellence and high satisfaction levels
  • Conduct telemarketing outreach to proactively engage prospects, generate qualified leads, and secure appointments or opportunities for conversion
