Job Title: HR Generalist Professional

Role Overview:

The HR professional will play a pivotal role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with legislation, and fostering continuous improvement within the HR function. We are seeking a driven, professional, and energetic individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Employee Development: Develop and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Employee Engagement: Assist in the design and implementation of employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback mechanisms, and recognition programs.
  • Workforce Planning: Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective workforce planning strategies.
  • Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and company policies.
  • Exit Interviews: Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in employee retention and satisfaction.
  • Performance Management: Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions, in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Compliance: Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Industry Trends: Keep abreast of changes in employment legislation and industry trends, and recommend updates to policies and procedures as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in HR operations, with a focus on compliance, recruitment, employee relations, and training and development.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Time Management: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
