Marketing Specialist Role
We're seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to lead our customer marketing strategy and drive deep customer relationships.
This role will be based in Brisbane or Sydney, and you'll work collaboratively with stakeholders to design, deliver, and report on integrated campaigns that address the customer lifecycle and financial motivations.
This is a 12 month contract opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a customer-centric marketing strategy to drive engagement and loyalty.
- Lead and manage customer journey communication plans from start to finish.
- Support the planning and execution of email, direct mail, statement inserts, and messaging campaigns.
- Turn data into actionable insights by analyzing customer behavior.
- Ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are met for all marketing activities.
- Set, monitor, and review campaign performance metrics.
- Implement test & learn plans and conduct post-campaign analysis.
- Optimize one-to-one marketing efforts for maximum impact.
You'll also contribute to a culture of exceptional service, teamwork, and professional excellence that enables team and organisational objectives.
Requirements:- 3+ years experience in customer marketing and/or campaign management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe or Salesforce tools highly desirable.
- Financial Services or insurance background an advantage.
