Job Description

The Yatala plant is a state-of-the-art, modern facility manufacturing corrugated cardboard boxes vital for presentation, protection, and transportation in segments such as Horticulture, Meat, Industrial, FMCG, and Paper Products.

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative/Estimator with enthusiasm and passion for exceeding customer expectations to join our team in Yatala QLD.

This role requires strong organisational and relationship-building skills to improve customer experience and support sales team while analytical skills will help in estimating, quoting, and preparing tenders to secure profitable work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities
  • Estimate, quote, and prepare tenders for clients
  • Support cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
