We are currently seeking a skilled Director Level Dams Engineer to contribute to the delivery of complex dam projects. As part of our industry leading dams team, you will be responsible for providing technical and strategic direction in project delivery, collaborating with specialists nationally and internationally to develop sustainable water solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading engineering components of major dam projects, ensuring timely completion and high quality outputs.
  • Mentoring and guiding our growing team of engineers to achieve excellent client service.
  • Providing design teams with technical support and leadership to deliver successful projects.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in delivering outcomes within budget and timeframe, with a strong technical capability in the dam industry.

  • You enjoy developing relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and local industry professionals through project work and initiatives.
  • A relevant tertiary degree is essential for this position.
