We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead and grow our presence across key locations in metro Melbourne and Geelong, including Geelong, Highpoint, Northland, and Melbourne City.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end performance of their pad locations, covering Men's, Women's, and Curve categories. Key duties include leading a team of Sales Stylists, delivering training, managing visual merchandising execution, and ensuring brand standards are met.
This multifaceted leadership role offers variety and challenge every day. The Cluster Coordinator will work closely with National teams to implement national strategies at the store level while engaging local teams and maintaining sales focus and brand standards.
- Drive pad performance across your cluster of Myer and David Jones locations
- Lead, train, and develop a team of Sales Stylists
- Deliver engaging in-store training and seasonal range presentations
- Manage rosters, timesheets, and payroll within budget
- Oversee store visual merchandising standards, fixtures, POS, and promotional setups
- Monitor stock levels and execute timely consolidations
- Develop strong relationships with store leadership and VM teams
- Analyse sales and inventory data to create actionable insights
- Support seasonal range reviews and promotional planning
- Multi-site coordination or retail leadership experience (department store or wholesale preferred)
- Strong leadership, training, and team development skills
- A flair for creating impactful in-store visual merchandising
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Confidence in analysing sales and inventory data
- Highly organised with the ability to manage priorities across multiple sites
