We seek a dedicated cluster reservation agent to meet our customers' needs and support our team. Key responsibilities:

  • Approach, process, and actively sell room reservations in accordance with the Leading Hotels of the World standards.
  • Knowledge of price policy, arrangements, and actions as well as competent sales via telephone and e-mail.
  • Phone consultation for our guests.
  • Maintenance of systems, including online platforms, partner extranets, and Protel accounts.
  • Creation of individual overnight offers.
  • Certificate of completion of vocational training EFZ in the commercial field or hospitality.
  • Experience in a similar position in luxury hotels.
  • Safe handling of MS Office and Protel.

Requirements:

  • Duty consciousness, stamina, flexibility.
  • Willingness to work on weekends.
  • Developed host characteristics.
  • Good knowledge of German and English, additional languages are advantageous.
