**The opportunity**

We are on the lookout for a management superstar, to become our next Full-Time Cluster Manager, responsible for 3 stores across the Northern suburbs of Melbourne.

You will support and motivate the teams in your cluster group to deliver exceptional results whilst ensuring an amazing in-store experience for our customers. This is a great opportunity for a Senior/Flagship Store Manager looking for career progression or a current multi-site manager looking for a new move.

**What you'll do**
- Manage the day-to-day running of one store and oversee two additional stores
- Lead your team of Store Managers/Assistant Managers to success
- Build and motivate a high-performing team
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience is delivered to all
- Assist with the achievement of sales, wages, and shrinkage budgets within the cluster
- Uphold visual merchandising standards across all stores
- Collaborate with Regional Manager in achieving organisational goals across the cluster

**Requirements**:

- Strong training and coaching abilities
- Previous experience in leading a team to success
- Excellent communication and well-developed interpersonal skills
- A desire to challenge yourself to achieve company objectives
- Excellent time management
