Job Description:

The Programs Engagement Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing a cluster of Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) businesses in VIC, driving quality learning experiences for children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage OSHC teams in schools
  • Oversee all aspects of service management including staff management, program design support, business management, and motivating and managing teams
  • Conduct Educator appraisals
  • Build & maintain excellent relationships with educators, principals, school staff, parents, regulatory authorities, and suppliers

Requirements:

  • Past people management experience in childcare is advantageous
  • Demonstrated area management or remote team management experience is favorable
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential
