Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Minimum 5-10 years of relevant work experience, including 3 or more years enabling high performing teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Completion of a degree or qualification in Management, or similar, with relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills before multiple types of audiences
