Job Description

We're seeking a Staff Product Designer to join our customer Onboarding Team. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the feasibility of design and craft experiences that seamlessly connect our customers' needs with Airwallex's product capabilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects and improvements to our customer Onboarding processes and experiences.
  • Gather requirements from internal domains, customers, and deliver World Class improvements and optimisations to our customer Onboarding experience.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to junior team members.
  • Support and shape the evolution of Airwallex from a design perspective, ensuring consistency with and contributing to our brand and product architecture.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Product Strategists, and Writers to define problems & goals, map user flows, prototype interactions, and drive innovative new solutions.
  • Develop and launch high-quality work that advances our mission of growing businesses beyond borders.
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in product design within a software environment.
  • Excellent UX, visual, and interaction skills and craft.
  • Experience with making complex information, tools, and services easily digestible for your audience.
  • Strong storytelling, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience designing for SaaS products.
