About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Staff Product Designer to join our Customer Onboarding Team at Airwallex. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and craft experiences that seamlessly connect our customers' needs with Airwallex's product capabilities. Your role will be instrumental in shaping user experiences that are both intuitive and effective.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects and improvements to our customer Onboarding processes and experiences, gathering requirements from internal domains and customers.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Writers to define problems, map user flows, prototype interactions, and drive innovative new solutions.
  • Develop and launch high-quality work that advances our mission of growing businesses beyond borders.
  • Provide indirect leadership and mentorship to more junior designers.
  • Build strong relationships with leaders inside and outside of core product teams, with strong communication and executive stakeholder management skills.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in product design within a software environment.
  • Excellent UX, visual, and interaction skills, with a masterful understanding of design principles.
  • Experience designing for SaaS products and a keen understanding of research methods, technological, business, and user opportunities and constraints.
  • Strong storytelling, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
