The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Staff Product Designer to join our Growth Team at Airwallex. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for driving the design strategy and execution for products that fuel Airwallex's growth and optimize revenue streams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create user-centric experiences that delight users and drive business results.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive measurable business growth through pathfinding, experimentation, and optimization.
- Lead projects that focus on the entire end-to-end user journey, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for users.
- Provide indirect leadership and mentorship to more junior designers, helping them grow and develop their skills.
- Build strong relationships with leaders inside and outside of core product teams, with excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research methods, technological trends, business opportunities, and user constraints to inform design decisions.
- 7+ years of experience in product design within a software environment.
- Excellent UX, visual, and interaction skills, with a strong understanding of design principles and best practices.
- Ability to define the design direction and process, and lead others through it.
- Experience with making complex information, tools, and services easily digestible for users.
- Strong storytelling, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience designing and delivering projects specifically for Growth in SaaS products.
