Service Coordinator Role

As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring timely control and consistency of service delivery across the operation by organizing daily job allocations for technicians.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Daily supervision of the team
  • Developing effective and efficient run schedules for technicians
  • Minimizing customer defections or losses through high-quality service scheduling
  • Guiding technicians on priorities when necessary
  • General department administration
  • Weekly forecasting and reporting
  • Monitoring and striving to achieve objectives and targets for your area of responsibility

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Logistics or freight forwarding experience advantageous for runs scheduling
  • Experience within waste management, services, building or pest control industry advantageous
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of the local area and regional surroundings
  • Self-motivated individual with strong attention to detail and deadlines
  • Commitment to continual improvement and service delivery
  • Client liaison skills
  • Sound oral, written, communication and computer skills
  • Understanding of hazard identification
  • Commitment to assisting in meeting relevant branch targets and KPIs
