Job Opportunity: Mobile Patrol Operations Leadership

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our mobile patrol operations, ensuring effective generation of patrol briefs, providing support during confirmed breaks and enters, and conducting monthly random patrols and vehicle inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage patrol briefs to ensure customer requirements are met and patrol considerations are considered
  • Provide additional support during confirmed break and enter incidents
  • Complete reporting requirements for vehicle accidents or break downs
  • Maintain rosters, succession plans, leave planners, and training sheets for mobile patrols
  • Conduct buddy training for new patrol officers
  • Review patrol KPI reports, occurrence and incident reports for quality assurance
  • Continuously review run sheets to maximize zone density and efficiency
  • Manage key registry and auditing of keys
  • Drive productivity gains via process improvement and waste reduction
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery or profit by analyzing data from compliance systems
